This session is a gentle yet powerful opportunity to restore energetic balance and reconnect with your natural state of harmony.
Tiff will use a mix of the following throughout your session:
Breathwork and Grounding Techniques to calm your nervous system and anchor presence
Mindful movement to realign body and field
Sound healing using tuning forks, bowls, or voice to retune your frequency
Crystal resonance to amplify clarity and intention
Intuitive energy work to release stagnant or heavy energy
Reiki-based techniques to support deep energetic integration

How do energy and sound healing sessions work?
Everything Is Vibration: All matter and consciousness are vibrational. Sound is not just heard—it is felt and absorbed by the body’s energetic and cellular structures.
The Body is a Resonant Chamber: Suppressed emotions imprint themselves as tension, density, or distortion in muscles, fascia, organs, and the nervous system and create areas of incoherence that affect health, mood, and perception.
Resonance and Coherence: When exposed to harmonic sound and intentionally directed universal life force energy, there is restored coherence — a state where energy flows smoothly and efficiently.
Cymatics and Geometry: Cymatics shows that sound creates geometric patterns in matter (like sand or water). Since the human body is ~70% water, sound can reorganize internal structures—physically and energetically.
Consciousness and Intention: Energy andSound are carriers of intention. When used with awareness, they can amplify healing, insight, and transformation.
These sessions can be done in person or virtual. You will remain fully clothed and Tiff will answer any questions that you may have before, during, and after.
We recommend that you start with 1 session per week for 4-6 weeks and then schedule sessions when you are feeling out of balance or harmony.
