Join us for an afternoon of sound healing, Reiki, and intentional connection with the powerful energy of the Leo Full Moon—a time associated with courage, creativity, and heart-centered expression. All are welcome!

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften inward, and reconnect with the steady, radiant center within you. Through sound bath and Reiki, you’ll be supported in releasing what no longer serves, reconnecting to your heart space, and remembering your innate worth and inner light.

The Leo Full Moon encourages us to lead with authenticity and self-trust. This experience is not about pushing or performing—it’s about allowing yourself to be held, supported, and gently re-aligned.

What to Expect:

A guided grounding and intention setting to settle your nervous system
A full sound bath to support deep relaxation and integration
Reiki energy work offered throughout the session
Space to connect inward, rest, and receive
A closing reflection to help you anchor what you’ve experienced
Please bring a yoga mat and 1-2 blankets if you have them. If not, they will be provided for you.

No prior experience with meditation, Reiki, or sound baths is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
